6. Shipping Issues If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost during transit, please contact us at customerservice@lowcountrypetspecialties.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Returns and Exchanges

A return good authorization must be issued prior to the return. The RGA# will be provided by customer service within 24 hors of the request.
