Our Story

All great inventions solve a problem, and the Mobowl^® pet travel bowl story is no different. In 2012 we would take our dog, Kayla, for walks, to the beach, to the Dog Park, and car rides regularly. If we remembered, we would take a dog bowl with us. The bowl was always bulky and hard to carry, especially when exercising. Unfortunately, we forgot a water bowl more than we remembered, and often, our fun got cut short because we were not prepared. Kayla was a thirsty girl, and none of us were happy.

We had a vision for a water/food bowl that would be portable, lightweight, extremely flexible but durable, and could fit in your pocket all at a reasonable cost.

It took several years, many trials and errors until we found the perfect mix of material, size, and design. We finally had our mobile bowl! We were just missing a name. It dawned on us; mobile is pronounced moh-buhl, (which sounds very similar to bowl). At that moment, the Mobowl^® flexible pocket pet bowl was born.

We are excited about our creation and want to share it with you and your pet. Our patented product, the Mobowl^® flexible pocket pet bowl, is made from medical grade silicone and is BPA free. We are proud to say that all products we offer are Made in the USA.

Our Inspiration

Kayla, our sweet, beautiful, smart and loyal Border Collie companion of 11 years who crossed the Rainbow Bridge on August 20, 2019. She is the star of our brand story video and she made Mobowl a dream come true for us. She will be forever in our hearts, memories and missed every day.

Our Home

Our home is in South Carolina, the Lowcountry. We share our home with Cooper, our Border Collie, Chloe our Calico kitty, and Ziva our newest addition, she’s a Golden Retriever pup.
