Return Policy

Lowcountry Pet Specialties cares about our customers and their furry companions. We want you and your pets to be happy! We guarantee satisfaction to all customers.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your timely return of new, unwashed, unopened, or defective merchandise. Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt.

  1. Reason for Return
  2. Date of Order
  3. Order Number
  4. If product is defective or damaged, include photo of the product

We will contact you by email with instructions within 2-3 business days of request. We are not responsible for returns that are not reported. Please wait for shipping instructions.

Customer is responsible for the shipping and handling fee for exchanged or returned shipments unless the order was received with defective or damaged product.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments. Upon your request and our receipt and inspection of the returned products, we will issue refunds or exchange for returned products.  We will return payment, less shipping charges, to you within 30 days of your request. We will only return payments in the manner in which they were made (i.e. if you paid with a credit card, the refund would be issued back to your original credit card).

We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee if the above conditions are not met. We reserve the right to reject any return not postmarked within 14 days of return instructions.

Please note that if you received free shipping (orders over $24 shipped to the contiguous United states receive free shipping or free shipping promotion) on your order and later decide to return part or all of your order, we will issue refund for the items returned, subject to the return qualifications set herein. You will be responsible for the shipping fee for the returned goods.

Please note that purchases from other retailers are not covered under this policy and customers should contact the store where the product was purchased directly.
